Wealth creation, it's a must for every person who wants take control over their financial future. And build wealth.  But  most individuals allow there financial well being to depend on some one else’s actions. Whether is there boss, the government, there pension plan, wife, husband, children, and so on.
 
The problem with not taking control of your individual finances or wealth creation is that. The people that it affect the most are the people that do not have a say, on deciding what direction there financial future will take. They do all the work and create a lot of wealth for some else while their get left behind.

In the industrial age, the idea was that you did not have to worried about wealth creation for your retirement. All you had to do was work for a company and be loyal to that company. And when you retire than that company would take care of you for the rest of your life, so you parents in return tell you go to school so you can get an safe and secure job with good benefits. Because that was there idea of wealth creation and securing your financial future.

The problem with the industrial age way of thinking, is that we are not in the industrial age any more. So many companies are leaving wealth creation or your financial well being up to you the individuals. Now a days’ more and more corporation are looking to cut coast, looking for cheaper labor to increase there bottom line, so more and more people are loosing there job. If you don't believe me check how many American employ factories are shutting down so that they can move to Mexico, China and other places around the world so that they can so call compete, even know they profiting in record amounts each year. Check how may companies are offering pension plans. The pension plans that there use to offer, have now become 401k plans. And guess what happens to 401ks’ if the company goes belly up, can any body say Enron or WorldCom.
 
The Responsibility of Wealth Creation
 
So now since we are in the information age. Wealth creation falls up on us the individuals, witch can sound scary for a lot of people, but in reality taking control of your financial future should be exiting. Because wealth creation or wealth building can lead us to financial freedom and  not be dependent on any one or any body for money.
